2018 Relativity Fest Recorded Session

The Judicial Panel has become a Relativity Fest tradition, and the fifth annual gathering of prominent judges is the most engaging and perhaps provocative yet.

U.S. District Judges Xavier Rodriguez and Nora Barry Fischer, retired U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew Peck, and Justice Tanya Kennedy of the New York Supreme Court joined moderator David Horrigan of Relativity to discuss the most important e-discovery legal developments of the year.
