RelFest Chicago Merch Sweepstakes Rules

This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Relativity ODA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal address at 231 S. LaSalle Street, 20th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604 (“Relativity”). No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. This contest is open to persons who are citizens of the United States and Canada, are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, and are attendees of RelFest 2026.

Entries will be accepted from 12:00am EST on September 28, 2026, through 11:59pm EST on October 17, 2026.

To enter the contest, you must complete a review of Relativity on the G2.com website that you label as an incentivized review, take a screenshot of the completed review, and email that screenshot to [email protected]. If you do not wish to complete a Relativity review on the G2.com website, you may also enter the Sweepstakes by completing our Alternate Entry Form. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Relativity, which shall be final.

Relativity shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Relativity that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Relativity reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, acts in an unsporting or disruptive manner or otherwise interferes with the Sweepstakes or with RelFest 2026.

Three (3) winners will receive a Relativity branded merchandise package (the “Prize”), valued at $100.

The Prize will be awarded in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winners will be notified via email by October 31, 2026. Each winner must respond according to the timeline outlined in the email to receive a Prize. If a winner does not reply, or cannot be located, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Relativity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on the Prize are the responsibility of each winner, respectively.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use each respective winner’s name, hometown, and likeness for any advertising or publicity without additional compensation. Each winner may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions for receiving a Prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a Prize. If any winner cannot, or does not desire to, comply with these terms and conditions, that winner may notify Relativity in writing and Relativity may select a new winner to receive the Prize.
