9:25 - 10:00 a.m | One Platform, Many Missions: Building the Future of Public Sector Work

Public sector teams are managing growing demands across litigation, FOIA, and investigation, often on fragmented systems that weren’t built to work together. This session explores how aligning data, workflows, and AI into a single, defensible system of action can create a stronger, more scalable foundation for mission success.

10:15 - 11:15 a.m | CLE session: Responsible AI for Government

This session will examine what responsible and defensible use of AI actually means in practice. Speakers: Aurora Bryant (Relativity), Dan Lim (Sidley)

11:15 - 11:45 a.m | Relativity aiR Government Case Study

A real‑world case study highlighting how a regulator implemented Relativity aiR and the outcomes they achieved.

12:00 - 12:45 p.m | Breakout sessions

Attendees may choose from three concurrent sessions covering:

  1. Rethinking Public Sector Investigations | Speakers: Brian Thompson (Relativity)
This breakout session explores how RelativityOne Government supports numerous investigative workflows within a single, secure platform. Attendees will see how agencies collect, organize, and analyze data as investigations unfold, using search, analytics, communications analysis, and AI-assisted workflows to surface both known issues and hidden signals.

  2. Simplifying Government Disclosure from Request to Release | Speakers: Simon Shim (Relativity)
We will discuss the principles behind Relativity FOIA, including defensible transparency, operational efficiency, and streamlined disclosure workflows. We will also share an overview of the product direction and roadmap supporting this approach, and consider how agencies can move from today’s fragmented environment toward a more cohesive disclosure foundation that can scale across FOIA, public records, and related transparency requirements.

  3. Driving Secure Digital Transformation in Government Legal Data Workflows | Speakers: Milton Cervantes (Relativity), Scott Geer (NY ITS), Candice Kalis (CDS)
This session explores how agencies are advancing digital transformation across complex, high-stakes legal workflows to improve efficiency and performance at scale - leveraging intelligent automation and more unified approaches to fundamentally transform operations.

12:45 - 1:30 p.m | Lunch and networking

Dedicated time for peer networking and informal discussion.

1:30 - 2:45 p.m | Interactive workshops:

  1. Relativity aiR for Review: Strategic AI for Lawyers  (CLE credit pending approval) | Speaker: Stan Pierson (Relativity)
Strategic AI for Lawyers is an advanced workshop that builds on the content introduced in the aiR for Review Workshop at Relativity Fest. While both include hands-on use of AI-driven workflows for document review, aiR for Lawyers tailors that experience for legal practitioners - adding legal context, case law, and ethical considerations. It deepens understanding of the aiR suite by introducing tools like aiR for Case Strategy, helping lawyers not only direct AI-assisted review but also apply it strategically and responsibly in legal practice.

  2. Relativity aiR for Case Strategy: Turning Evidence into Persuasion  | Speaker: Jeff Gilles (Relativity)
Litigation success hinges on uncovering the right facts and crafting compelling arguments. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how Relativity aiR for Case Strategy can accelerate case preparation and sharpen your advocacy. See how aiR for Case Strategy helps you reveal case themes, craft strategic documents, connect key facts across large data sets, and quickly summarize deposition transcripts and key documents. Walk away with practical strategies for using AI-driven insights to prepare faster, argue smarter, and gain the edge at every stage of litigation.

2:45 - 3:30 p.m. | Afternoon networking and Learning Labs

Continued networking and open access to Learning Labs close out the day.
