This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Relativity ODA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal address at 231 S. LaSalle Street, 20th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604 (“Relativity”). No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. This contest is open to persons who are citizens of the United States and Canada, and are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry.

Entries will be accepted from 12:00 a.m. EST on March 31 through 11:59 p.m. EST on April 11, 2025.

To enter the contest, you must complete a Relativity review on the G2.com website, take a screenshot of the completed review, and email that screenshot to [email protected]. If you do not wish to complete a Relativity review on the G2.com website, you may also enter the contest by completing our Alternate Entry Form. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Relativity, which shall be final.

Relativity shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Relativity that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Relativity reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, acts in an unsporting or disruptive manner or otherwise interferes with the Contest or with the Conference.

Five (5) winners will receive a Relativity branded umbrella (the “Prize”), valued at $14.50

The Prize will be awarded in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winners will be notified by email by April 18, 2025. Winners must respond according to the timeline outlined in the email to receive a Prize. If any winner does not reply, or cannot be located, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Relativity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on the Prize are winners' responsibility.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, hometowns, and likenesses for any advertising or publicity without additional compensation. Winners may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, were lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions for receiving a Prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a Prize. If any Winner cannot, or does not desire to, comply with these terms and conditions, that Winner may notify Relativity in writing and Relativity may select a new winner to receive the Prize.
