Ray has worked in every phase of electronic discovery for more than two decades. He is a Super Lawyer in the area of eDiscovery, has been cited in multiple court opinions as an expert witness, and is adjunct faculty for eDiscovery at the IUPUI School of Informatics and Computing. He consults on Information Governance policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and its intersection with government regulation and industry-specific best practices. Outside of his eDiscovery experience, Ray is an active litigator representing clients in product liability work, business valuation disputes, and contract disputes. He is also a founding partner in Mattingly Burke Cohen & Biederman and Co-Founder and CEO of DiscoveryMaster, a software platform for eDiscovery reporting. He was previously an associate at Barnes & Thornburg, LLP.
Ann Marie Lane - Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Law Firm, Relativity
Ann Marie Lane joined Relativity in 2014 and currently serves as the Senior Manager of Law Firm Strategy and Marketing. In her role, Ann Marie specializes in aligning legal technology solutions with the unique needs of law firms, driving their success through AI transformation. She works closely with customers to identify challenges and implements solutions through product innovations, enablement, and training.
With over 15 years of experience in B2B enterprise software, Ann Marie excels in bringing the voice of the customer into early-stage product development and leading go-to-market teams to launch and grow new products. Lynn H. Tubalinal - Director of Litigation Support, Dykema
Lynn Tubalinal is the Director of Litigation Support at Dykema, based in the firm's Chicago office. With over two decades of legal industry experience, Lynn worked as a legal assistant and a paralegal before eventually finding her passion in litigation support. Lynn received her JD in 2013 from DePaul University while working as a litigation support analyst. It was during this time, she saw the unique skillset she provided - knowledge of the industry combined with legal insight. Lynn's current goals are to help her firm utilize emerging technology to effectively support the firm's legal strategy on a variety of matters.
